Fear to stop smoking

All smokers want to smoke and smokers want to quit smoking.
This is one of the paradoxes that accompany the lives of all young smokers smoking except who still believe they have control or choice over. But most smokers reject without an end the terrible day all sorts of excuses and smoke just one more cigarette before they stop.

Among the excuses commonly be found: "It's not a good time", "I have job stress", "after the holidays", "I'm just a vacation," "I smoke only a few few cigarettes a day", "when I want to stop" and so on and so on .
Of course there sometime in the future we will have a stressful situation that will allow us to change the interval for later.

Another common problem is that when we are in a stressful or feel unwell we need cigarettes to cope with difficulty and when everything is fine we do not have problems or concerns and we suppress the desire to quit smoking.

All smokers are aware of damage from smoking, bad breath, yellow teeth, damage to physical health and high cost. A large part of smokers also admit that no longer enjoy smoking, others admit that he enjoys only a small portion of the cigarettes and some swear you are all enjoying a cigarette and a cigarette.

But all smokers whether they realize it or not continue to smoke for only one reason - fear.
The fear that life will not be fun without the <cigarettes, fear having to go through some terrible trauma to quit smoking and never fear we can really get away from that desire to smoke.
Well not to smoke one, two or even a month but not to light another cigarette for a lifetime - it sounds impossible and even if it's possible it sounds like drawn-out torture, spending your whole life when you want to do something and you should not.

Another problem is also very difficult to assess whether we could really stop smoking. If I have to pass any test or any job as soon as I passed them, I know I could, but if the test is not to do something all your life, how can I tell until I've lived my whole life. I'm not expecting to succeed but to examine myself again and again if I have not failed.

Of course not missing any more stories deterrent to smokers trying to quit: Every failed attempt to quitting smoking, any story about someone he had stopped so many years ago to the present suffering or miss smoking. Them stories about people who quit and gained weight drastically, or other people stopped going out to drink or spend those places where smokers to avoid irritation. Who even wants to go through this torture?

The problem is that all those fears stem from one thing only - the> cigarette itself.
Think about it, before been turning to her first cigarette you had any difficulties to enjoy social occasions, enjoy a good meal or to cope with stress without <cigarettes, everything went wrong once been turning to her first cigarette.
Is chosen to light her first cigarette at the moment but whether their decision to smoke all day, every day without having you be stopped? How long did it take you to realize that you are addicted? A few days? How many months? Or rather a few years?

The difficulty and the real fear of quitting smoking is the belief that there is something to give it and need to sacrifice your pleasure or relief.
All the reasons that motivated us to stop smoking only make it harder to stop smoking, we do not smoke because of health damage, stench and high cost, we smoke for the same reasons that make us so to smoke. To quit smoking easily and quickly have to deal with those factors and fully understand the reasons behind us smoking. Once looking at the "benefits" of smoking and fully understand how nicotine trap works - no need to struggle, will power, surrender, dealing or various substitutes.

Once you understand that life without smoking are becoming much better than they were during smoking. We enjoy more social events, cope better with stress and do not miss cigarettes. On the contrary suddenly hard to see why we believed for a long time so we need to do this thing and what really enjoyed.

When you come to consider giving up smoking, look around you and see that most people enjoy life without smoking, the ex-smokers who managed to quit smoking effectively will be happy to tell you how much fun to release myself from> addiction and slavery to nicotine>.

There are many decisions in life are hard to come and we'll never know if we made the right decision, but there is one decision that has only advantages and no one disadvantage and that the decision whether to continue smoking for the rest of your life or to quit smoking today, and the sooner the better.
